I went to an opening of these geniuses work last night. This is a model of an apartment complex designed after the needs of it's habitants through a complex screening process. You visit an office where you put your hand into a device that reads your vitals as a woman with soft seductive voice speaks to you. Before you on a screen a robot is being formed to suit your personality type and to then construct your habitat based on your test results. I'm not sure how accurate the tests are but it was an incredible experience.
